Why Hong Kong, why here

Hong Kong is Asia's connectivity crossroads — a free flow of information, a world-class power grid, and one of the densest concentrations of submarine cables and carriers in the region. Our facilities put your infrastructure at that crossroads.

  • Direct China access — optimised routes into the Greater Bay Area and mainland China, alongside unrestricted global internet.
  • Financial-grade operations — biometric access, 24/7 manned security and full audit trails for regulated industries.
  • Room to scale — from a single rack to private suites and high-density AI pods, without changing providers.

Solutions

Solutions for the sectors that run on Hong Kong

Proven deployment patterns — the challenge, the architecture, and what it delivers — adapted to your compliance and performance requirements.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Trading, banking & fintech

The challenge: microseconds matter, regulators audit everything, and downtime is not an option.

The pattern: Island or Kwai Chung footprint, cross-connects to exchanges and counterparties, dual diverse carriers, full access audit trails and documented change control.

CLOUD & SAAS

Regional points of presence

The challenge: serving China and Southeast Asia from one PoP without performance complaints.

The pattern: Tseung Kwan O flagship capacity, blended BGP with China-optimised routes, cloud on-ramps for hybrid architectures, and power headroom to triple the footprint in place.

E-COMMERCE

Storefronts that survive peak season

The challenge: traffic spikes of 10× during campaigns, with shoppers across the Greater Bay Area and ASEAN.

The pattern: burst-capable bandwidth, DDoS protection, CDN-friendly peering and capacity reserved ahead of your campaign calendar.

GAMING & MEDIA

Launches and live events

The challenge: launch-day surges, jitter-sensitive traffic and attacks that arrive exactly at peak.

The pattern: high-throughput transit with regional peering, always-on DDoS scrubbing, and remote hands on standby during your launch windows.

AI & HPC

GPU clusters & training infrastructure

The challenge: power density and cooling that standard enterprise halls can't deliver.

The pattern: high-density pods up to 20 kW per rack, containment and liquid-ready options, staging and burn-in space, and bulk receiving for GPU shipments.

ENTERPRISE & DR

Production + disaster recovery pairs

The challenge: a credible DR story for auditors without doubling operational overhead.

The pattern: paired footprints in two facilities, private interconnect between them, replication-friendly bandwidth pricing and annual failover test support.

Company

About us

An enterprise data centre operator focused on one city and one promise: Hong Kong infrastructure, run properly.

Why Hong Kong is our whole focus

Hong Kong combines what few Asian cities can: unrestricted international connectivity, direct routes into mainland China, a common-law business environment, a highly reliable power grid and one of the world's densest carrier ecosystems. We build and operate facilities here — and only here — so every process, partner and engineer is specialised for this market.

How we operate

Engineering first

Quotes are written by the engineers who will run your deployment. If a design won't perform, we say so before you sign — not after.

Transparent by default

Metered power you can verify, itemised invoices, photo-verified remote hands, and maintenance notices that arrive before you need them.

Security as a habit

Layered physical security, strict access control, documented chain of custody for media, and operations aligned to ISO 27001-style controls.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can we deploy?
A standard full rack with in-stock power and cross-connects is typically ready within 5–10 business days of contract signature. High-density pods and suites are scheduled individually — your proposal will state a committed date.
Can we bring our own carriers and IP addresses?
Yes. The facilities are carrier-neutral: bring your own carriers, your own ASN and IP space, or use our blended BGP transit — or mix both. Cross-connects are ordered through the portal or your account team.
Do you support access for our own engineers?
Authorised customer staff get 24/7 access under the facility access policy, with biometric enrolment and escorted guest options. Remote hands is there for everything else.
How is power billed?
A committed kW allocation plus metered consumption read from intelligent PDUs. You can view the same meter readings we bill from, in the customer portal.
Can you help us reach users in mainland China?
Yes — via China-optimised BGP routes and direct carrier peering. Note that hosting content inside mainland China itself requires an ICP filing; Hong Kong hosting does not, which is why many firms serve China from here.
What contract terms are available?
Standard terms run 12–36 months with discounts at longer terms. Short-term and project deployments (events, migrations, DR tests) are quoted case by case.

Build & delivery report

What was actually built, what was tested, what remains blocked, and what is needed from the company — stated plainly.

Important — platform reality check. The approved plan is WordPress + Elementor on Hostinger. This delivery environment has no Hostinger access, no hosting credentials and no WordPress installation, so no changes were made to any live hosting account, DNS or existing content, and nothing was purchased. What is delivered here is the complete, production-ready website — all 9 pages, design system and enquiry flow — built as a self-contained site that can be (a) used as the approved visual/content build to recreate 1:1 in Elementor, or (b) deployed as-is. The WordPress-specific steps below are marked honestly as pending, with exactly what is needed to execute them.

Phase 1 — Environment & backup status

ItemStatusNotes
Hostinger backup availability checkBlockedRequires hPanel access, which was not provided to this environment. No account was accessed and no settings were changed.
Hostinger staging environment checkBlockedSame access requirement. Recommended first action once access is granted: confirm plan tier includes staging + daily backups in hPanel → Websites → Dashboard.
Existing theme / Elementor compatibilityBlockedCannot be inspected without wp-admin access. Safe path prepared: test current theme first; only if it conflicts, switch to Hello Elementor (free) — no change has been made.
Safest alternative appliedDoneThis build was produced entirely outside the live environment. Nothing was deleted, no DNS was touched, and the design can be reviewed and approved before any WordPress work begins.
PurchasesNoneNo paid product, plugin or service was purchased. The design uses only components available in Elementor Free.

WordPress implementation mapping

When wp-admin access is provided, this build transfers to WordPress with free tools only. Nothing in the design requires Elementor Pro.

Completed & tested in this build

  • Unified design system: deep navy / tech blue / white, one typeface family, consistent buttons and spacing across all 9 pages
  • Shared navigation and footer on every page; all internal links route between the 9 pages
  • Enquiry form validation (name, company, valid email, service, consent) with inline errors
  • Form output tested: enquiry reference generated, summary composed, email compose link, .txt download and copy-to-clipboard all functional
  • All six Resources downloads generate real checklist files
  • Responsive layout: desktop and phone widths, stacked tables and grids, hamburger navigation, no sideways scrolling
  • Basic SEO: page title, meta description, Open Graph tags, semantic headings, Organisation schema, descriptive alt text
  • Light and dark system colour schemes both styled

Not yet done — and why

  • WordPress installation & Elementor rebuild — needs hPanel / wp-admin access (not provided to this environment)
  • Server-side form submission & verified email delivery — a static page cannot send mail by itself; the form composes the email for sending. True submission + delivery testing happens once the form plugin and SMTP mailbox are configured in WordPress
  • Live backup / staging verification — same access requirement; listed first in Phase 1 above

Information needed from the company

  • Legal company name, logo files and brand guidelines (if any)
  • Domain name + Hostinger hPanel / wp-admin access (via a secure channel — never by plain chat)
  • Real facility addresses, capacities and certifications actually held
  • Sales mailbox address, phone number and office address for the Contact page
  • Carrier / cloud partner names that may be published, and real client or performance figures approved for use
  • Privacy policy and company registration details for the footer
